Shipping policy

We dispatch our orders in 1-2 business days. Shipping Carriers will be DHL Express or FedEx Delivery for all our orders.

After dispatch cancellation of orders are not possible, please contact us within 24 hrs if order needs to be amended or cancelled. 

Please note that all products are subject to custom duty and taxes as per individual country norms and policies.

Delivery in 7-10 days for all orders.

Please make a video while opening the courier, in case of damaged product, a full refund will be initiated.

For refunds please email us on info@buneeliving.com and refund will be processed in 7-14 working days to the original payment method.

Orders below 800 USD in United States of America and 1000 AUD in Australia are exempt from duties and taxes.
