How long does it take to deliver my order?

We ship globally with DHL & FedEx, your order will reach you in 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking ID in 1-2 business days of your order placement.

I have an issue with my package.

If you received a damaged package please do not accept the order. If the product is damaged from inside the box, please send us an email with the image and we will be happy to refund you the order amount.

Do I need to pay customs on my delivery?

Unfortunately, all orders are subject to customs depending on one country to another and you might have to pay the duties before delivery.
Our customers in the USA (order value under 800$) and Australia (order value under 1000AUD) are exempt from any custom duties on their orders.
